Request Analysis

We offer the basic, automated services at no extra charge. More complicated tasks are usually handled at direct cost or as scientific collaborations. We can also provide the data analysis expertise for research proposals that require a bioinformatics component.

Interested parties will need to follow these guidelines:

1. Describe the type of analysis (metagenomics, Chip-SEQ) that you are pursuing.
2. Make the data accessible to us.
3. We need to know the barcodes for each sample (label samples in a meaningful way).
4. Inform us if file contains unrelated samples. Those will need to be analyzed separately.

Note

For optimal results we may need hand tune the various filtering, alignment and classification parameters to be most appropriate for your project. You will need to contact us to discuss the details.
